Heidi Huebner

Heidi Huebner is the creator, producer, and co-host of the I Love Wine and Dogs podcast, where she blends her passion for sharing great things people are doing, discovering great wines and advocating for all animals, especially dogs —into inspiring, heartfelt conversations. A self-described wine enthusiast, Heidi’s love affair with wine began years ago during her first tasting, an experience that opened the door to exploring wineries across California’s Central Coast, Napa, and Sonoma, as well as destinations around the world. She delights in learning each vineyard's history by engaging with the owners and teams who share their passion for wine , and, of course, greeting the dogs who often make the tasting room feel like home.

Beyond the vineyards, Heidi is a nationally recognized leader in airport therapy dog programs and a dedicated animal advocate with more than 30 years of experience in animal welfare, community engagement, and customer experience innovation. The documentary A PUP Story is based on Heidi and her volunteers which was featured in The Dances with Films Festival in June 2025. Originally from Kansas City, Missouri, Heidi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Chapman University and now calls Los Angeles home.

Her career spans both nonprofit and public sectors, where she has created transformative programs and built strong community partnerships. She has served in pivotal roles such as Director of Volunteer Programs for Los Angeles Animal Services, Founder and Executive Director of KidsnPets, and Director of Humane Education Programs for Pals2Pets. At Los Angeles Animal Services, she managed a team of 12 employees and 800 volunteers across six shelters, launched humane education programs, and co-hosted the Home Pet Shopping Network on Channel 35. Her innovative adoption and outreach campaigns—including celebrity-driven public service announcements—helped connect countless shelter animals with loving homes.

In 2008, Heidi joined Los Angeles World Airports (LAX), where she developed and launched the groundbreaking Pets Unstressing Passengers (PUP) program in 2013. This pioneering initiative pairs trained therapy dogs with airport passengers to reduce stress, and it has since become a model for over 94 airports worldwide. Today, she also leads the LAX Volunteer Division, managing more than 175 active volunteers and expanding its reach through strategic partnerships and creative recruitment efforts.

Heidi’s work has earned her numerous awards, including a Mayor’s Office Commendation for the VIP Program, a Certificate of Recognition from the LA City Council for the PUP Program, and the Traveler’s Aid Award from Los Angeles World Airports. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Pet Care Foundation, helping facilitate thousands of adoptions through events and grooming programs.

Through her podcast, Heidi marries her love for wine, community building, and animal advocacy. She’s as passionate about uncovering the unique stories behind wineries and their four-legged mascots as she is about promoting the good work of animal lovers and changemakers. Whether sipping a cabernet in Sonoma, launching a program that changes lives, or hosting engaging conversations for I Love Wine and Dogs, Heidi’s mission remains the same: to connect people, foster compassion, and celebrate the joy that comes from great wine and good dogs.

Timothy StoneDancer Coleman

Timothy “StoneDancer” Coleman is the co-host, engineer, and producer of the I Love Wine and Dogs podcast, where his passion for storytelling, community, and creativity comes to life. Every episode reflects the unique blend of experiences he brings—as a Broadway performer, Grammy-nominated songwriter, nonprofit leader, and educator.

Timothy’s performing career has taken him from the Broadway stage (RENT, Jekyll & Hyde) to recording studios, where his original music appeared on a Grammy-nominated jazz/funk album. These early experiences taught him how to connect with audiences through authenticity and artistry—skills that now shape his voice and presence behind the mic.

Beyond the arts, Timothy has devoted more than 20 years to empowering communities through education and nonprofit leadership. As Family Leadership Coordinator for the NYC Department of Education in the South Bronx, he supported 25 schools and 18,000 families, creating workshops and initiatives that helped parents launch small businesses, secure jobs, and achieve long-term goals. His tenure as Executive Director of Doing Art Together (DAT) in Harlem strengthened his expertise in program development, fundraising, and organizational growth, while his role with BELL (now BellExcel) allowed him to manage large-scale education programs reaching thousands of students.

All of these experiences—performance, leadership, education, and community building—inform Timothy’s approach to I Love Wine and Dogs. As producer and engineer, he ensures every episode is crafted with technical excellence, guiding the storytelling so that guests’ voices shine. As co-host, he brings warmth, humor, and curiosity, making conversations feel like a gathering of friends sharing a glass of wine in good company.

For Timothy, the podcast is more than a show—it’s a safe space where he and Heidi come together to celebrate real stories that enrich our lives.
